Welcome to Logden Lodge

Four unique luxury mountain cabins, 42 acres of private forest land, abundant wildlife, a year-round creek: Welcome to Logden Lodge!

Centrally located in the BC Kootenays at the foot of the Selkirk Mountain range, our new boutique mountain lodge offers you a private retreat to enjoy all mother nature has to offer - and do so in great comfort.

Our cabins are deliberately set apart from one another so no matter if you’re the only ones there or not, you feel alone. Each comes with its own individual lay-out, design and furnishings, blending the truly rustic - large beams, hardwood flooring, antiques and a woodstove - with the truly luxurious - over 800 square feet of living space, a large soaker bath, high quality bedding, soft robes and a rich decoration of world artifacts.

Logden Lodge is the realization of a life-long dream - to be surrounded by natural beauty, to enjoy the freedom and serenity of the outdoors and to share this one-of-a-kind experience with others. We call this: "Living the Nature of Things".

So if you’re looking to be be away from it all but are not too keen to haul your own ‘accommodation’ up the mountain, chances are you don't have to look any further. Be sure; a very personal and warm welcome by your hosts is guaranteed!

"Perfect!"
"Our first of more-adventurous-of-trips with our kids and how we loved it at Logden Lodge, Ymir! Annelies and Paul clearly set out to create perfection with their lodges placed at the heart of nature and wildlife. With humming birds that come and go, the smell of pines and forrest, high up viewpoints, creeks and a whole lot more of nature's blessings. Our lodge was crafted to perfection with nice personal touches, a fully equipped kitchen, super fast wifi and a whole bunch of other niceties that made us feel welcome, cosy and rich at the same time. We went out on a hike into the mountains to the most beautiful secluded lake we ever saw, did some canoeing at Kootenay lake, visited Nelson and other towns around and had a nice stop over at ghost town Sandon museum. Annelies and Paul made us feel completely comfortable and welcome during our five day stay and we wish them truly all the best of luck. A must visit place when visiting Canada in Summer and no doubt also in Winter!"

"This is luxury log cabin living !"
"The attention to detail in and around the cabin is exceptional. Very well interior designed, great bed, great shower and cooking facilities. Lovely balcony to sit out in the evenings. The smell of cedar in the place is wonderful and the minute you walk in you are hit with all senses of homely cosiness."

"We loved it."
"It is obvious that many details were taken into consideration in the location, construction, landscaping and the decor of the Logden Lodge. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful. All the details were met for us to have a relaxing, peaceful, and even luxurious nature holiday away from the city life. We stayed in the African themed cabin and was really impressed with all the art work and the design of the cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, patio facing the forest, the wood burning fireplace, the soaker tub, comfy bathrobes, slippers and bedding. Wonderful experience. The property is situated on 42 acres and has much to offer in surrounding areas. We will definitely be back and highly recommend."
