A colourful walk from your cabin in fall

There is something special about a forest don’t you think?

We are fortunately to live right in the middle of one, where you vacation is our home. With every season the forest changes, her colours, the travelling birds, her floor. Fall, especially, is such a magnificent season to spend some time there!

You can experience it yourself, simply by going for a walk in the area around your cabin.

One of the walks I like to take is, to start on our quiet road with views of the mountains and the Salmo river that runs next to it. Into the forest at the first corner and back. That part of the road the views are gorgeous! Then simply follow the animal trail, that leads you back to your cabin.

With our without your dog, together or alone, this a nice loop that gives you a little bit of everything.
